What is something you have learned that you didn’t know before you jumped into the industry?

David: “It is so much harder than people realize. It’s fun, but it’s incredibly difficult. College is the tip of the iceberg as far as learning goes. There is such a grind that goes with it that never stops.”

Laura: “A very strong work ethic is foundational is and so is strong musical instinct. That can’t always be taught, but you can always get better if you stick around for it.”

“Put yourself around people you want to be like”.
